Question 1

How does the free test edit work?

Accepted Answer

Send us a few images and your requirements. We retouch them to your standard and return them within one working day, with a quote for the full collection. You see the quality before you commit to anything.

Question 2

What do you need from us to start?

Accepted Answer

Your images (or raw footage for video), any retouching guide you already use, a few approved reference images, and the specs your site or marketplaces require: sizes, crops, backgrounds and file formats.

Question 3

Can you match our existing retouching guide?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Send us your guidelines and a few approved reference images, and your free test edit is retouched to that standard. Once you approve the test, it becomes the reference for your whole collection. Every image is checked against it at our quality-control step before delivery, so skin, fabric and colour stay consistent from the first image to the last. No guide yet? We'll build one with you from your approved images.

Question 4

How does pricing work?

Accepted Answer

Pricing is per image and depends on the type of retouching and the volume. Ghost mannequin, product, on-model and beauty work are each priced differently, and larger collections get a lower rate per image. Start with a free test edit: you receive your retouched images within one working day, with a quote for the full collection.

Question 5

Is there a minimum order?

Accepted Answer

No. We work on anything from a single image to a full collection or a complete site relaunch.

Question 6

Do you offer volume rates?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The larger the collection, the lower the rate per image. For ongoing catalog work, we schedule production with you.

Question 7

How fast do you deliver?

Accepted Answer

Free test edit: 1 working day. Standard: 2 working days for up to 100 images. Large collections: 200 images per day, scheduled with you. Rush: 4 hours, on request.

Question 8

When does the turnaround start?

Accepted Answer

Times start when we've received your files and the approved reference.

Question 9

Which time zone do you work in?

Accepted Answer

We work Monday to Friday, Bangkok time. US and Australian clients often find their files ready by the next morning.

Question 10

What file formats do you deliver?

Accepted Answer

We deliver in whatever format your workflow needs: JPG, PNG, TIFF or layered PSD, at the sizes, crops and backgrounds your site and marketplaces require. We can deliver several versions of each image in one go, for example a web-ready JPG plus a master TIFF.

Question 11

How do we send and receive files?

Accepted Answer

Files arrive by secure download link, your Dropbox, Google Drive or FTP, organised with your original file names. You can send your images the same way.

Question 12

Can you prepare images for several marketplaces?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can export every image to each channel's specs at once, from your own website to marketplace listings, so nothing needs to be redone.

Question 13

How do you handle confidential images?

Accepted Answer

Unreleased collections are part of everyday work for us. We work with luxury houses that require strict confidentiality and apply the same standard to every client.

Question 14

Do you sign NDAs?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We sign your NDA or provide our own before any files are shared.

Question 15

Who can access our files, and for how long?

Accepted Answer

Images are transferred through access-controlled channels and only the retouchers on your project can access them. Files are kept for 6 months, then deleted.

Question 16

What types of retouching do you do?

Accepted Answer

On-model, beauty, flat lay, ghost mannequin, packshot and accessories (shoes, bags, jewellery), plus clipping paths and masking, colour matching across a collection, and AI extensions and variations.

Question 17

Do you also post-produce video?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Fashion and product reels, campaign edits and social content: edited, colour graded to match your photography, with sound and light motion graphics. One edit is delivered in every format your channels need: 4:5, 1:1, 16:9 and 9:16.

Question 18

Can you help with branding and social media?

Accepted Answer

Yes, when you need it. Branding gives you a mood board, a style guide and shot-style direction. Our social media package plans, formats and posts your content every month, with no open-ended retainer required.
