How does pricing work?
Pricing is per image and depends on the type of retouching and the volume. Ghost mannequin, product, on-model and beauty work are each priced differently, and larger collections get a lower rate per image. Start with a free test edit: send us a few images and we'll return them retouched to your standard within one working day, with a quote for the full collection. You see the quality before you commit to anything.
What file formats do you deliver?
We deliver in whatever format your workflow needs: JPG, PNG, TIFF or layered PSD, at the sizes, crops and backgrounds your site and marketplaces require. We can deliver several versions of each image in one go, for example a web-ready JPG plus a master TIFF. Files arrive by secure download link, your Dropbox, Google Drive or FTP, organised with your original file names.
How do you handle confidential images?
Unreleased collections are part of everyday work for us. We work with luxury houses that require strict confidentiality and apply the same standard to every client. We sign your NDA or provide our own before any files are shared. Images are transferred through access-controlled channels, only the retouchers on your project can access them, and files are kept for 6 months, then deleted.
Can you match our existing retouching guide?
Yes. Send us your guidelines and a few approved reference images, and your free test edit is retouched to that standard. Once you approve the test, it becomes the reference for your whole collection. Every image is checked against it at our quality-control step before delivery, so skin, fabric and colour stay consistent from the first image to the last. No guide yet? We’ll build one with you from your approved images.
